The Devil Wants You to Quit! Dana Jarvis September 26, 2018 The Spirit of the Lord fell like a blanket over me as I was chatting with a dear sister and friend this morning. Oh the amazing Presence of my King! There is nothing like it! Then I ran across this post I had written which fit exactly what we discussed and it totally needs a share. We all need serve the devil that eviction notice! Give him an inch and then he takes a mile, but the army of God equipped, awake and advancing is going tear his kingdom down in Jesus name.
I know you have heard it said so many times, Prayer changes things, hold till God moves, it will be alright when morning comes and you actually cannot see a way and it comes to the point you grow weary of hearing these words, but Hold On! For you see the enemy comes in many times without setting off the alarm that he may set up camp in your home. To stir up a little trouble, doubt, and despair. However today we are serving notice on the devil, the wolves in sheep's clothing, and those who have tried to steal your joy. You are taking back what is yours! This corner of doubt and depression is no longer where you reside. The space is too little for your God sized dreams to grow. "So right now we serve you devil and all your cohorts this eviction notice that you have overstayed your visit. Immediate evacuation from our lives, families and our homes is demanded. Don't worry about packing a bag because we have them waiting for you at the curb. You have no power over our lives, it is diminished by another far greater that resides with us. He is our Great and Mighty King that said we don't have to worry about all the damage you done because he will make it brand new. The roof where the storm pounded us, well he will fix that too. The bed of toiling where we tossed and turned, He will replace it! That closet you tried to close off, well He has reopened so that we will pray your kingdom of darkness down. The carpet that was run down from nights of pacing, well our King Jesus will replace that too for He is in charge. Our bills, our provision, well He has got that too! King Jesus handles all our affairs and you have to go through him to reach us. Oh but if you ever come by and hear music playing at our homes, just know it is our praise party. You can watch through the window and then devil, see yourself off our property in Jesus name. Consider this your eviction notice for we stand in the authority of our Lord Jesus and we will prevail. The trouble you are stirring we say No More! Our new address is down on the corner of Divine Destiny and any of your old junk mail from the corner of depression and doubt will be rejected and returned to sender." The enemy wants you to quit, but get your faith up, look him in the face, and let him know that you did not come to lose today. I, even I, will sing to the LORD; I will praise the LORD, the God of Israel, in song…Villagers in Israel would not fight; they held back until I, Deborah, arose, until I arose, a mother in Israel…You who ride on white donkeys, sitting on your saddle blankets, and you who walk along the road, consider the voice of the singers at the watering places. They recite the victories of the LORD, the victories of his villagers in Israel. Then the people of the LORD went down to the city gates. ‘Wake up, wake up, Deborah! Wake up, wake up, break out in song! Arise, Barak! Take captive your captives, son of Abinoam.’… may all who love you be like the sun when it rises in its strength.” Then the land had peace forty years.” Judges 5:1-7,10-12 (NIV) “The Lord announces the Word, and the women who proclaim it are a mighty throng: ‘Kings and armies flee in haste; the women at home divide the plunder.’”Psalm 68:11-12 (NIV) Jesus Was There With Me and He Loves Me Very Much A few weeks ago, a big, heavy dresser somehow toppled on top of my 2-year-old niece despite some earthquake restraints that were holding it up. Her mom, who had quickly stepped off to the laundry room, heard a crashing sound followed by my niece screaming and ran to find her under the big dresser. My niece came out from under the dresser, crying and scared, but amazingly without even a bruise or scratch! As her mom was looking her over, she could not figure out how the dresser had fallen nor how it was possible such a small girl had not been crushed under the heavy dresser. My niece simply said to her: “Mamma, Jesus was there with me and He loves me very much.” Thinking of my little niece wearing her favorite little bee costume trapped under that heavy dresser and coming out from beneath it without a scratch, God began to remind me that the meaning of the name “Deborah” is “bee”. He began to show me how the enemy had tried to bury and silence the voice, influence, and calling of so many of His Deborahs under the crushing weight of relentless and often times unexpected attacks and opposition. Then He reminded me of that song that says: “I can see clearly now the rain is gone” and “it’s going to be a bright, bright Sun-shiny day” and I felt the Father saying to His Deborahs: “It’s a new day and the sun is shining upon you. This is a new season, it’s a new day, when the storm clouds are rolling away and there is coming upon you from Heaven a breath of fresh air.” God’s Deborahs are emerging out from under the rubble of all the enemy has tried to crush them under, knowing like never before the depth of their Father’s love for them and knowing that it has been His very Hand of Love that has been shielding them through it all. They are emerging singing a song of victory, like Deborah did, as they arise fearless in contagious strength and courage to take back the land and reclaim everything the enemy has tried to steal and destroy. These are some things God spoke to me for His Deborahs arising. I pray they bring encouragement and confirmation to someone today. Deborah Arise! “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you.” Isaiah 60:1 (NIV) The Father says, “Child, lift up your head and take heart! Arise and shine, for behold, it is a New Day and the Glory of your Father God is shining upon you! Arise and see that My Hand is bringing you through and you ARE emerging victorious and whole. Even though you have gone through times when you have become discouraged and battle weary, arise in My Hope and see that the pressing through has not been for nothing, for your Father God is with you and in His love, He WILL satisfy you with His Goodness! The places in your journey where it has seemed as if you have taken a wrong turn into ‘dead end’ places with no exit, where it has felt like it things went nowhere and the road just ended, but take heart, because those places of distress, depletion, apparent failure, and defeat are about to become places of Divine Fulfillment and Success where you will see the Goodness of your Father God and know that My Hand has always been on you for your good and for My Glory! I am beckoning you to a place of deeper passion for Me, passion for My Word, passion for My Kingdom and for My people, that you would begin to strengthen the Body of Christ in a new way and understand that you are meant for the greater things. I am giving you grace to know how be able to stand firm upon the Rock of your Salvation and trust in Me for strength and refreshment without letting things and circumstances move you from the knowledge of My Love and care for you. "I am re-awakening on the inside of you desires and dreams that I have put in you and I AM going to cause you to step into some of those Promises in ways that will take you by surprise. Some things that you thought were going to take a long time are about to become surprising suddenlies that are going bring you to a place of understanding, rehearsing, and strengthening the Faith that has been deposited within you, stones of remembrance that will testify of how I will continue to show myself strong on your behalf time and time again! It is a time when things that that have just been perplexing and had you wondering and pondering and calculating are going to begin to add up now to begin to form an the answer. So lift up your head, My Child, and arise, for you ARE going to have an answer, you are going to have the victory, and know that your Father God has given you the victory, He has given you wisdom and revelation from above like honey from the rock and it will bring sweet joy unspeakable on the inside of you and cause you to marvel at the goodness and faithfulness of your Father God!” A Season of Deeper Understanding, Wisdom and Rising to Higher-ground Vision “My son, eat honey—it’s good for you; the honey that drips from the comb is sweet in your mouth. Know, too, that wisdom is good for your soul: if you find it, your reward will be a bright future and an enduring hope!” Proverbs 24: 13-14 (VOICE) "He made him ride on the high places of the earth, And he ate the produce of the field; And He made him suck honey from the rock, And oil from the flinty rock..”Deut.32:13 (NIV); Psalm 81:16 “I have seen your heart of faithfulness even in times of uncertainty, to hold on to My Promises and to seek first the Kingdom knowing all these other things will be added on to you. This is a season when I am going to give you the answer to questions you have held deep in your heart that you have felt have never been answered. In the past, you have found yourself lacking of understanding of how I work in the universe, how I work in communities, how I work in families and individuals and in you and your life. Even growing up as a child, there were things you asked for that you never actually got an answer to, many times even feeling as if you needed to just “move on” from your questions without being justified with an answer. But in this season, I am going to make sure that no good thing will I withhold from you: I am going to empower you and delight you by answering your questions with the answers you’ve needed and have been longing for! And, you are going to walk away with empowerment to say: ‘Now I understand more about the Kingdom. Now I understand more about God and life and about the meaning of things in my life!’ In this season, you are going to be empowered and refreshed with such outpouring of My Revelation and Wisdom! I am going to begin excite you and empower you in the things of My Kingdom bc I am going to allow you to view and have a sneak peak in the spirit realm to see things you need to see this season. I am going to show you great and mighty things you know not of. I am going to allow you to take a peak in the spirit realm to see the things you need to see this season. "Just as there is a clearing away and clean up of debris that must take place before beginning to build on the land, I am giving you Wisdom, Revelation, and vision to see that there is a time of clearing out and there is a time of clearing house before the building up. I am giving you wisdom to understand the difference between the things that need to be completely cleared out and the ones that just need to be cleaned up, maintained, and put in order. I am giving you revelation and wisdom to see the progress that needs to be made. You are going to begin to see God’s hand and purpose in your life, as well as the areas of your life where there needs to be more fulfillment of the things God has spoken to you that haven’t come to fruition or to the surface of your life and you will begin to go higher and see things come into place for you and shift up to a higher gear into the avenue of Promotion. Hold on to My Hand, for I am taking you up the ladder of promotion and favor! Why? Because I have heard the longings of your heart, that you have said: ‘God, I just want to do your will and purpose and I don't want to get caught up in the circumstances of past days, but I want to rehearse your promises I want to rehearse your word deep within.” I have seen your heart that has been hungry and thirsting after righteousness and, therefore, I WILL fill you and lead you into a season of such Divine Fulfillment and resting in the safety of My Peace that surpasses all understanding!” Let the sound of My Abundance of Rain Pour Out of You “Listen, you heavens, and I will speak; hear, you earth, the words of my mouth. Let my teaching fall like rain and my words descend like dew, like showers on new grass, like abundant rain on tender plants.” Deuteronomy 32:1 (NIV) “Then Elijah said to Ahab, “Go up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of abundance of rain.” 1 Kings 18:41 (NKJV) “Like Isaiah saying ‘Here I am. Use me’ there are dormant gifts in you saying ‘use me’ this season and beckoning you to take flight! It’s time for you to being to go forth see new gifts and treasures I have deposited in you begin to come out. I am removing the ball and chain for you. I am removing the things that have held you back. There is a lion in you waiting to begin to come forth with such a loud vibrating roar. Like the sound of an abundance of rain, there is a NEW sound coming out of you this season: a sound of refreshment, a sound of healing, a sound of new life and resurrection power. Your love, your drive, your passion are infectious and unstoppable, and because of the people I will place in your path are going to feel as if they are totally refreshed when they are around you. There’s a refreshing, there’s a healing, and there is a pursuit beginning to come out this season to effect the word around you for My Kingdom; and that pursuit is beginning to open up and make a way for you to begin to go forth and take life by the horns. It’s time to arise in the dominion I have vested upon you to begin to partner with Me and co-create with Me this hour, this day, this destiny you have. There’s a Ruach wind of My Spirit blowing this season and that wind is beckoning you to begin to take flight, to begin to be the sail and direct the vessel in cooperation with My Wind in the path in which this ship of your life needs to go. "Do not be afraid to arise in your boldness. Do not be afraid to arise in the Voice I have given you to speak life and proclaim My Word that makes Kings and armies flee in haste that you may recover all. Make your petition known to Me, because that is what I want my children to do. I want my children come before Me boldly to bring their petition before Me and pour out their spirit like a river before My Presence: and watch and see if I will not open the windows of Heaven and pour you down blessings that there is no room enough for you to contain! It is time for you to set sail and soar on the Ruach Wind of My Spirit. It is time for your family to get on board and set sail. Set sail to the places and the things and the spirit realm where I want you to go. This is a season when I am going to cause you to set sail in the Spirit and pray like never before. You will find yourself praying and praying and praying and your prayer time IS going to be effective, because the prayers of the righteous avail much. You WILL arise in your effectiveness and effect people, you will effect your church, effect your community, your city, and every atmosphere and every person you are connected to as you come to My Throne of Grace in boldness and present before your Father the petitions of your heart.” I Making You a Stepping Stone in My Kingdom “And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” Matthew 16:19 (NIV) “The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners” Isaiah 61:1 (NIV) “Do you understand the healing anointing that you carry? Do you understand the healing power and healing virtue you carry that flows like healing honey within your veins? I have anointed you and appointed you for works of service. I have anointed you and appointed you for you to begin to utilize that healing anointing, that healing oil you carry to begin to bring it forth into fruition. And it’s not just about a healing anointing within a body of flus or cancers and other physical illness. By My Hand and by My Power you WILL do all these things, but I am also going to bring forth a healing virtue and anointing through you that is going to begin to heal the souls of mankind. There are people around you that are broken in their souls, broken in their emotions. There are those who have been devastated by situations in their lives that happened that triggered something in them to not forgive other people, that triggered something in them to not really understand why things happen the way they do, but you have an anointing to heal the soul. You can no longer look at your life and say ‘I can’t understand why it is that I have been given this healing anointing’. Child, you have gone through the murk and the mire. You walked through the valley of the shadow of death and because of that, you found yourself a place where you knew that My Strength was made perfect in your weakness. And you are today at the place to know that through everything the enemy would try to bury you under, My Hand shielded you and turned it around for your good, because I was molding and shaping you through every avenue, making you the amazing Child of God that you are now. You carry a leadership anointing to begin to implement truths and principles of My Kingdom with people to help empower them and come in alignment with My Best for their lives. I am placing in you the ability to perceive where someone is at and the ability to speak to the brokenness of their souls to let them know that they have a Heavenly Father who knows and cares about them and desires to see them healed and set free. I am raising in you a teacher with the Grace to bring others to an understanding through the scriptures of where they are at in life and what I want to do in and through them and how I want to captivate their hearts and lead them to My Heart, to a place of deeper revelation, a place of joy and freedom. "For, I have poured in you My Love and I am making you a stepping stone in My Kingdom to help those that come behind you to arise to their true identity and their place in the Kingdom and to know how to walk forward in their calling with abandon. Do not look at your life and second-guess My Calling on your life, but continue to walk by Faith and not by sight. Walk in the Promises and the reality of My Word. Continue to study to show yourself approved and come into the secret place where I will give you honey from the Rock to move fearlessly to the beat of My Spirit. Move in that anointing in you. Move to the sound of My Voice and know that I will show you how to minister My Love and My Healing and My Freedom to those I have chosen you to minister to. I am giving you gold nuggets and fresh revelation this season and putting in you such a deep understanding of what it means to be a spiritual family in Christ. Which means, you are going to begin to help other people as if you were a family member of their natural family, because you are anointed to be an amazing family member in Christ to so many people! That is your new anointing this season. Run with it. Move into it and watch Me progress you and take you from Glory to Glory. Listen: there is a Voice arising in the Land! It is the song of My Deborahs rising up in unison with the wind of My Spirit and behold, no one will be able to silence their song! Behold My Deborahs arising out of the ashes of the enemy in triumph, carrying with them the honey I have given them in their wilderness places to sustain them. See My Deborahs rising up and soaring on wings like eagles, pouring out, as they go, the honey of My Glory, My Healing, and My Resurrection Power upon the land to reclaim and recover EVERYTHING that the enemy has tried to steal and destroy!” says the Lord. This Is the Hour When Giants Fall Victoria Boyson September 18, 2018 In the days of the prophet Samuel, the army of Israel had assembled their army together to fight the Philistines near Judah. As the armies faced off against each other, a giant man nine feet tall came out of the ranks of the Philistine army. Goliath was covered in bronze from head to toe and "carried a bronze javelin on his shoulder. The shaft of his spear was as heavy and thick as a weaver's beam, tipped with an iron spearhead that weighed 15 pounds."
Goliath stood and shouted, taunting and mocking the Israelite army, saying: "'This day I defy the armies of Israel!' He was confident he would rule over the their army and take them all captive. When Saul and the Israelites heard this, they were terrified and deeply shaken" (1 Samuel 17:6-11). I Saw GOLIATH! I experienced a vision of Goliath standing before the Israelite army and what I saw made it very real to me. I have often wondered why the Israelites were so intimidated by Goliath, but after seeing this vision, I no longer wonder. Truly, he was the very definition of an ego maniac. He literally roared when he felt their fear diminishing. Having never laid a hand on even one soldier in the Isrealite army, he held them all captive with his audacious intimidation. It wasn't enough for him to wear more armor than a normal person could even carry, outfitted with brandish weapons that were even too much for him to manage. No. He was driven by a desire to hold his audience captive with intimidation. He fed on the fear others had for him. Yuck!! Goliath was up front and towering over every other soldier and howling out all kinds of intimidating threats with his booming voice. Like tiny twigs, he broke tree trunks launching them in the air when he thought more intimidation was needed. He stomped on the ground until it shook, until even his armor bearer was afraid of what he might do next. Into this storm-like atmosphere walked David, the shepherd. David loved the Lord with a great passion and intensity. He couldn't stand to see injustice against Him. What he saw that others didn't was the tolerance of injustice against those known to be loved and protected by God was the same as injustice against God himself! Having formed an intimate friendship with the God of justice, he had an instinctive aversion to it. He couldn't tolerate it. He had seen true justice and how our God had designed His children to live. Their tolerance of tyranny was literally inconceivable to him. Army of Davids In our day, we have many, many GOLIATHS! Everywhere we turn we hear another painful gut-wrenching story of another child of God, whose heart has been ripped to shreds. We see the hijacking of our authority in Christ by insignificant, minor demonic strong holds, which stand like Goliaths full of indignation and pride, ranting and raging intimidation against the body of Christ. Like Saul and his whole army who were "dismayed" and "terrified," this bully-spirit of rage and accusation has kept its victims hiding, praying for help. Father God is releasing an ARMY OF DAVIDS all over the globe, emerging from the wilderness. Indeed, He has raised them up and trusts them with His power. As they enter into the lives of those under the influence of a Giant, something heavenly is unleashed. God has spent years training them in the wilderness and given them victory after victory until they are finally convinced! Am I talking to you? Yes, YOU ARE A GIANT KILLER! You don't need armor or traditional weapons; all you have and all you need is GOD! You totally and absolutely trust in Him and cannot fathom others not doing so. God has brought these Goliaths to you in order to build you up in HIM! As you knock them down one by one, your REPUTATION in the spirit-realm grows until you have but to approach a person and demons flee. The Goliaths of the world rely on spiritual powers and divination to intimidate and control others. They think their powers are unbeatable. Blinded by their pride and falsely laid confidence in themselves, the giants underestimate the power of the warriors of the Lord's army as they step up, so their demise is unexpected. Truly, the Davids purposely look insignificant to the Goliaths, and how the giants roar with contempt when they see them. That is... until the Davids open their mouths and from them flows brutal authority in the spirit that decapitates the strongholds of Goliaths. Goliaths are spiritual WHEATIES to this ARMY OF DAVIDS - the more they eat, the stronger they get! Father God Says: "It's time for some Goliaths to fall. It's time for My Davids to arise. It's time for the wilderness to end and for you to move to the forefront of the battle. I have prepared you for this hour and you will see that My preparation in your life has been complete and absolute. As the Goliaths begin fall, you enjoy standing back as if you had nothing to do with it. They do not believe in Me - why would they suspect you? They consider your trust in Me to be foolishness and absurdity. Let them think you're silly for trusting in Me. We'll surprise them! They won't understand who they are truly dealing with until it is too late. You are my secret weapon! My GIANT KILLER! "Go with confidence in Me and watch the Giants of fear and intimidation fall. You will liberate one stronghold after another and I will keep you from being discovered - I will keep you protected. You are a secret, and I am your BOLD LEADER! I will not allow them to continue bullying My children. My justice will be felt. I will be heeded and I will be obeyed. And they will feel the weight of My Presence until they bend their knees to Me. "Do not fear them! If you fear them, you will be disgraced. If you STAND IN ME, you will be UNSTOPPABLE, VICTORIOUS and TRIUMPHANT! I am with you and I will not leave you." Father Is Calling Us To A PRAYER-WAR! Saints, Father God is calling us to stand up and take authority over the GIANTS in our Cities, States and our Nation! We are entering a new season and we will soon find out what that means. Powers will arise in each of us in this season that we never dreamt of. God will bring people across your path who need their giants felled just to give you practice! Father God is building an army. If you've been in the wilderness, you've been experiencing His boot camp. Trust Him to move you to the frontlines and protect you there. These are days we are unaccustomed to. Let go of the fear of the past, stand up and watch the giants fall before you. You are more powerful than you know! God put it on my heart to have an OPEN AIR PRAYER WAR! He gave me a word a few months ago called, Father God Says, "It's Time For A Prayer War" and now is the time He wants us to begin! It is our D-Day! If you feel moved with a repulsive conviction of injustice when you hear how wrongly someone has been treated, the spirit of David is awakening in you. Indeed, the Spirit of our Righteous God is arising in you! It's time for the Tyrants, Dictators and Manipulators to fall! Our Lord is calling His army to RISE and WAR against the strongholds and principalities that control the oppressors in our world! God is moving you to the front-lines as His kingdom invades the darkness. It's time to dust off unbelief and suit up for battle, we are going to war at last! And Goliath is going to fall! Don’t press into the pain of the loss, but follow Me to the adoring springs of a new day! Release the past that weighs you down to lift up and fly away with new hope. All the strength and power you need flows from Me as you lean in close. Press past those fears and they will become wings to raise you up. Do not be afraid — I am always with you! "So this is love... To whom much is given, much has been required. "The cinders of suffering could never part you from My love. If a man were to give all his wealth for love, it would be utterly scorned. The wealth of the world is nothing to Me, let us go to the palace. Keep Me as your heart delight and the pleasure of your life, and I will provide for you what you desire the most. You can have your heart desires. Have faith in your dreams. I am willing and big-hearted to give. I am able to do all things. Imagine the heights we can go! I will hold your head high like Mount Carmel. Your braided hair shines like the finest satin; your beauty holds the King captive. Lana Vawser September 5, 2018 This morning I heard the Lord say “Watch the overcomer now rise within you.”
I saw a powerful move of the Holy Spirit upon hearts that was not only bringing an awakening but a fire within their hearts that saw them suddenly rise up out of the things that have tried to hold them down and take their ground, and they began to roar ‘YOU CANNOT HAVE MY GROUND’. I saw the fire of the Holy Spirit falling powerfully upon those who have faced tremendous opposition in gaining movement and momentum in the territory and new season God has released them into. I saw a VIOLENT, FORCEFUL rising up of God’s people against the enemy, and the Holy Spirit within them awakening the overcomer in greater ways to shake off all the enemy is using to attempt to hinder and to passionately chase after all God has said is theirs with a roar in their mouth that says “NO MORE”. The slumber, weariness and attack was attempting to silence God’s people from decreeing and coming against the enemy and his attacks. But the fire of God is falling to bring a shaking and disempower the slumber/weariness. Holy Dissatisfaction There is a holy dissatisfaction that the Lord is birthing in the attacks, in the battle, and it is a HOLY DISSATISFACTION that is birthing two deep fires within God’s people. 1. I WILL TAKE HIM AT HIS WORD – I saw a fire increasing in the hearts of God’s people that says “I won’t stand for what the enemy is doing, I will take the Lord at His Word. I KNOW who I am and I KNOW what is MINE IN CHRIST.” This birthing is raising up an army who the enemy is terrified of. An army that takes the Lord at His Word with greater conviction and fire than ever and won’t settle or stop because of attacks or circumstances. An army that’s rising up so powerfully possessed by the conviction of the truth of the Word of God and the FAITHFULNESS of the Lord to His Word. I heard the Lord say: “AN ARMY OF FIRE IS ON THE RISE! AN ARMY OF FIRE IS ON THE RISE! AN ARMY OF FIRE IS ON THE RISE! WARRIORS OF FIRE ARE ON THE RISE!” The enemy is terrified because an ARMY OF FIRE is on the RISE, deeply conviction, possessed and fuelled by the truth of the Word of God, the revelation of who Jesus is, and His faithfulness and goodness.. The army is rising up and I saw their hearts burning and branded across their hearts were two Scriptures: “For we have the living Word of God, which is full of energy, and it pierces more sharply than a two-edged sword. It will even penetrate to the very core of our being where souls nd spirit, bone and marrow meet!” – Hebrews 4:12 (The Passion Translation) “The Holy Spirit is the One who gives life, that which is of the natural realm is of no help. The words I speak to you are Spirit and life.” – John 6:63 (The Passion Translation) As they moved forward as a united army they decreed Romans 8:11: “Yet God raised Jesus to life! God’s Spirit now lives in you, and he will raise you to life by his Spirit.” They moved forward convicted with hearts burning in the revelatory truth of the same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives within them. They moved forward with a holy resolve that “NOTHING in impossible in Christ” (Matthew 19:26) and the spirit of the overcomer within them ROARING that the works of darkness were being dismantled by the power and authority of Jesus Christ. “Yet even in the midst of all these things, we triumph over them all, for God has made us to be more than conquerors, and his demonstrated love is our glorious victory over everything.” – Romans 8:37 (The Passion Translation) 2. THEIR HEARTS WERE BURNING WITH A HOLY DISSATISFACTION OF “THERE IS MORE” I saw the fire of God exploding such deep hunger within God’s people. Where the enemy has attempted to bring complacency, slumber and weariness, the Lord was breaking through and exploding HUNGER and a DEEP cry within them that shouted “THERE IS MORE. THERE HAS TO BE MORE”. It was a dissatisfaction of remaining where they are. There was a hunger and fire within them gaining intensity to walk in, to chase after all that is already theirs in Christ. A resolve within them to not allow the enemy or circumstances to cause them to live “under” or to live as “victims” but rising up as overcomers. The cry of “THERE IS MORE” was fueling such a deeper hunger within these ones to chase after Him more than ever. To know Jesus and His Word like never before and to walk in their power and authority that was given to them in Christ. To not settle, but to know Him more than ever, to see His name glorified in greater ways and to see the works of darkness destroyed by the beautiful, powerful name of Jesus. Victoria Boyson September 3, 2018 "You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength, and all your mind. And, Love your neighbor as yourself." Luke 10:27. NLT Our world is inundated with intense and even frightful events. We who are the reigning spiritual power on the earth are called on to pray boldly for the will of God to be made manifest in any horrendous situations. Intercessors are the legs the church stands on and intercession should be the core substance of every believer. Due to the important position every intercessor holds in the world, we must be on guard against the enemy's tricks to deactivate our authority in the spirit realm. None of us are perfect, and we all have weaknesses, so, we must all remain watchful of the impact we are having on the world by remaining alert to the hindrances our own souls. I've seen many who've prayed positive declarations into the spirit realm one minute, yet, slander their brother the next. Naturally, this grieves my spirit, not just because I know it will injure the person being slandered (that's inevitable), but because I can feel in my spirit how deeply it will injure their own heart. Every word we speak affects our soul - either for good or for bad. Even those who are careful to make only positive, life-filled declarations over themselves simply have no idea the poison they release in their own lives by speaking evil of others. Any time we accuse or slander a brother, we are reducing our authority in the spirit realm. God can only give us authority if He can trust us to use that authority to benefit His kingdom. Of course, I am burdened for those who have had their reputation assassinated by the flippant defamation of their character, but I feel in my spirit a very weighty and increasing burden for those who choose to release the slander. I can see that they are the ones who are truly in danger, for they have embraced death. I sense the darkness they've released into their own lives and what they will have to battle in the future because of it. They've been targeted by the enemy and Satan has infected them with his agenda against a brother leading them to cause strife. It seems like most Christians have winked at this sin, thinking other sins were much worse, but God's not winking. Proverbs 6:16-19 lists seven sins which the Lord hates and intensely abhors the most, those He considers to be an abomination: Haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that run rapidly to evil, a false witness who utters lies and one who spreads strife among brothers. I think it's healthy to remind ourselves of the things the of Lord hates - the sins He considers to be an abomination (a vile, shameful, or detestable action, condition, habit, etc.). Slander is quite sneaky and often attempts to disguise itself as a noble action or a warning about someone. It is a deadly, preemptive strike against a brother or sister, a sect or church or other group of people. Slander lays the groundwork to disparage the value of anyone the enemy wants to target and destroy. The enemy sent slander in advance of the Jewish people in Nazi Germany. The people were prepped in advance to lend their souls to embrace the annihilation of an entire race. We are seeing that today against believers and much of it is being done by other believers. Satan "prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour" (1 Peter 5:8), someone he can destroy with hatred, jealousy and strife. When he finds his prey, he infects them with his twisted agenda and they begin to do his work for him. Sadly, they believe they are accomplishing a noble service for the Lord, but, truly, they're allowing the enemy to use them to spread strife in the body. It's a double whammy! Most often, the enemy will target those who truly have a great destiny, corrupting their soul with the bitter demon of slander and accusation against others, thereby thwarting their destiny in God. Replacing it with a perverted copy of their true destiny, the enemy can kill two birds with one stone by luring the once greatly destined warrior to do his work for him. Those in the body who seem to make it their job to attack and slander - the petty police who watch those visible in the church as the pharisees watched Jesus - may never change. I understand that. Yet, they use other believers to do their dirty work, like the Pharisees used the Roman government to kill Jesus (John 18:28-31), and like Jezebel used the city elders to kill Naboth (1 Kings 21:1017). Truly, the Lord warned us of wolves in sheep clothing (Matthew 10:16). My hope is to reach out to those dear souls who love the Lord with all their heart, soul and mind, but who have been mislead by someone and have become a helper used to spread their agenda of strife against a brother or sister. To you, precious ones, I say: guard your heart, guard you soul, guard your strength and guard you mind BY loving your neighbor as yourself (see Luke 10:27). In Matthew 7:12, Jesus said, "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets" - that includes what we say about others. In everything we say, in every article or message we forward, in every facebook post we share, we must stop and ask ourselves: "Would I want this said about me?" How would you want your neighbor to treat you? So, you may ask, "Victoria, are you saying we should never address the wrongs done by others in the body?" Well, let me say... Eli, the high priest, showed us how very easy it is to misconstrue another person's actions and motives and made a painful experience even more painful when he was convinced Hannah was a horrible sinner who'd come to church drunk (1 Samuel 1:9-17), the complete opposite of which he found out later to be true. He had bumbled his way into Hannah's pain and threw around false accusations against her, humiliating himself. So be very careful when you are "sure" of a brother's motives before you accuse and slander him. Eli, at least, approached Hannah personally with his presumptive ideas about her. Indeed, is there any honor in slandering a brother or ministry without first at least talking to them about your offense against them? - There is NO honor in slander, period! What's Your Religion Worth Our words are extremely powerful, much more than most Christians recognize. We invite trouble into our lives by not controlling our tongue as the Word says in James 1:26-27, "If anyone thinks himself to be religious, and yet does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this man's religion is worthless." Truly, life and death are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). If our tongue produces death and trouble, you have to stop and wonder; "What have I said lately?" And this goes double for those in positions of leadership. If we are given a sphere of influence, we are responsible to protect that influence from the enemy's schemes. We are held responsible for what we've been given. Moreover, if we use our influence to slander others, it will come back to harm us. Years ago, a dear friend betrayed me and set about on a campaign to "warn" people about me. I honestly felt instant fear for them the moment I heard what they were doing to me. You see, I know how much the Lord loves me and I feared for how this would end up hurting them. I do not think I am any more special than any other Christian, but I do know how much God loves me. He is protective of the work He has done in me and is doing through me. In the past, I've seen terrible things happen to those who've spoken out against me, which makes me fear for those who attack. I feel genuine pity for those who attack and slander their brothers and sisters in the faith. Truly, I am afraid of what they are inviting into their own souls as they embrace the work of the adversary. For those lies produce a harvest of death as we are warned in Proverbs 6:14-15, "...who with perversity in his heart continually devises evil, who spreads strife. Therefore his calamity will come suddenly; instantly he will be broken and there will be no healing." ((Gulp!)) There's an old quote from World War II which says, "Loose lips sink ships" and they also create an atmosphere of death! Protect Your Love Yes, we should obviously guard our tongue when speaking of those beloved of the Lord and those in service to Him. However, we need to guard out tongues for our enemies as well. Fight for them - wrestle with the demons who've taken over their heart, using your authority to liberate them from the lies of the enemy! Pray for the love God has for you to invade and penetrate their heart. Pray for them to know and experience the love of the Father because, as they do that, love will manifest in their treatment of you. If they refuse His love and you keep sending it to them, that love will come back on you and you will benefit from it. If, however, you send curses instead of blessings, the curses will come back on you in one way or another. Our Lord taught about praying for our enemies and blessing those who attack us. Why? It wasn't so much for those who are attacking us, but to protect our own hearts against the bitterness of unforgiveness that would inevitably destroy us. I'm not asking you to lay down and let people injure you. No. I have a saying, "I don't do stupid twice!" If someone betrays you, don't give them place to do it again (unless the Lord directs you to). You have a responsibility to protect the work the Lord's accomplished in your life; don't let your compassion destroy you. You must guard your heart against bitterness and protect the love of God in your heart. Use the authority of your words to speak constructively about your enemy what you would like to see manifest in their lives, not what is actually manifesting through them. As the extension of Christ on the earth, we should use our tongues to produce the life He destined for us to live. With our words, we can transform our world by using our words productively to speak forth the love we'd like to see manifest in our brothers, not give way to the destructive lives of the enemy. We must decree and declare the will of our Father, not the lies of the enemy. Sharing! Sharing! Sharing! Sometimes I like to scroll through what my Christian brothers and sisters are sharing on facebook. I feel like it gives a quick overview of the hearts of the saints. Usually, I'm blessed by what I see, yet, sometimes I am astonished at the things I read that are openly slandering other brothers and sisters in Christ. When I see a ministry or fellow Christian sharing slander about another brother or ministry, a GIANT RED FLAG goes up in my spirit. I don't want to have anything to do with strife-spreading, God hating, abominating SLANDER! I won't forward it, I won't read it and I'm not curious about the lies. I don't want to take part in anything that smells like hell. And I don't want my cherished friends to either, because I care for you. Our Father sees what we share or like on facebook, twitter, etc. He hears the words you speak. He sees how you treat those you think are beneath you. He sees it all and it hurts Him when you enter into the adversary's agenda. BUT, it totally and completely blesses God when you come to the defense of a brother. When you speak out truth and love in support of those being slandered, His heart overflows! Our Father is generous, slow to anger and quick to love (Joel 2:13). He is not a vengeful Father. His forgiveness is unfathomable. Even though I know it hurts Him significantly when we get caught up in slander, He readily forgives us when we ask Him to. You see, He sees where souls spend eternity. He weighs the devastation a human causes against the judgment of their soul. He sees the cost they will have to pay if mercy doesn't not have its way in them. So, even though it hurts Him to hear the slander against His children, He waits hoping His beloved child will return to Him and learn to love others. Learning to Love Loving your neighbor IS loving yourself. It's protecting your soul from the devices of the enemy; it's creating a harvest of mercy in your future when you need it. It is WORSHIP to your God. Love is also warfare, releasing a destructive force to the powers of darkness. Satan cannot understand love. He is hopelessly defensive against it. Love is the greatest power on the earth and, for those who understand it, it holds the key to great blessings. Mercy has no equal in the realm of darkness and when we embrace love, not hate, we annihilate the plans of the enemy. We cause him catastrophic damage when we bless those who curse us. And we protect our own soul when we release the kingdom of heaven through our words. Think about it! Who do you want to hurt more... your brother or sister in Christ, or your adversary, the devil?
